Product Management always fascinated me due to its potential impact on the customer which makes it for me the most engaging and rewarding job function. With creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset, I am building delightful products that accelerate and inspire. Embracing customer centricity to deliver added value is what drives me to excellence. To empower fellow product people I co-founded Product Professionals the academy to train and certify product professionals.

Every decision is driven by a deep customer understanding to fully meet their needs. Being consistent about it, is crucial for delivering products that customers not only find useful but truly love.
Having the ability to see things differently is helpful when it comes to creative problem-solving. To cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset it is important to be able to take off the “expert” hat and look at things from a beginner’s perspective.
Being able to make strategic decisions based on data analysis is a crucial competence in a VUCA world. Data is a key input among many other variables to build a holistic understanding of the value that gets provided to the customer.
Agile frameworks and principles are a great help in getting stuff done. Agile methodologies are one of the key success criteria in digital product development and needed for managing and controlling iterative and incremental projects of all types.
Using the methodology build-measure-learn helps to eliminate uncertainty during the product development process and makes sure to get constant customer feedback. Building an MVP, measuring customer reactions, and learning from the results leads to success.
Design thinking is an iterative process that leads to effective solutions in a highly user-centric way. Thriving to understand the user’s pain, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, in order to create new strategies and solutions.
